Meet Coach Stella Majbana-Mjoli is a passionate Life Coach, Education and Training Specialist, Strategist, Facilitator, and Educator with extensive experience in human development, education, training, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and strategic programme implementation.
Having accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and relying on the Word of God, Stella has learned to navigate her own life journey through faith, resilience, purpose, and personal growth. Her Christian faith is central to her approach to life coaching and inspires her passion for helping others discover hope, identity, purpose, and renewed confidence.

With a career spanning education, government, training, community development, and professional facilitation, Stella has worked with diverse groups, including government officials, communities, non-profit organisations, and other stakeholders. She brings a wealth of practical experience in facilitation, mentoring, project management, skills development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.

As the founder of Beauty for Ashes Life Coaching, Stella combines her professional expertise with her passion for personal transformation. She supports women who may be navigating difficult seasons, life transitions, uncertainty, or a loss of direction, helping them reflect, recognise their strengths, set meaningful goals, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that difficult seasons do not have to define the rest of your story. Through faith, intentional personal development, accountability, and practical action, individuals can discover new possibilities and pursue a life aligned with their values and God-given purpose.
